Flexible member designs

The range covers various different flexible member designs that have distinctive product characteristics, flexible member geometries, and flange designs.

Sizes

DN 25 to DN 3600 (25 mm to 3,600 mm) in different design lengths.

Operating pressure

PN 2.5 to PN 25 (2.5 bar to 25 bar), depending on the dimension and version.

Temperature range

The permissible operating temperature range is between -50°C and +130°C depending on the medium and elastomer quality.

Butyl

Elastomer quality for drinking water with approvals in compliance with the Elastomer Guideline, ACS, and WRAS. It can also be used for oil-free wastewater, compressed air (oil-free), weak acids and alkalis, and special chemicals.

Special quality for abrasive media such as muds, granulates, and liquids with solid content.

CSM

For acids, alkalis, chemical wastewater (chemical-resistant), and compressor air containing oil.

CR

Standard quality for cold and warm water, seawater, and wastewater (e.g. also slightly acidic, alkaline, or containing oil). Also suitable in part for oils and greases.

EPDM

For oil-free chemicals, continuous stress due to hot water, air, and high temperature resistance. TÜV-certified for heating systems as per DIN 4809.

High-tech quality for abrasive media loads as well as fuels with an aromatic compound content of more than 50%, and good resistance to chemicals.

Resistant to mineral oils and fuels, lubricants and hydraulic oils, and cooling water with corrosion protection containing oil. Very good resistance to ozone.
